Long awaited and they did not disappoint. We ordered the lamb shank roasts and it was amazing. It was really filling with big portions of meat and perfectly cooked veggies. We went on a Saturday and they had opened up their regular menu as well. We also had the butter & bread with coconut date butter. The service was outstanding. They really took the time to explain the menu, recommend dishes and throughout our meal checked in on us, especially from Aida and Yasir. Thank you for making our family outing that much special. Beautifully decorated and ample space for bigger parties.

This was simply exquisite dinner experience. My wife and I love everything about this place. The food, service and atmosphere made it so memorable and my wife’s bar is pretty high when it comes to food. We had the bread with a unique date butter, lamb croquette and smashed cucumber for appetizer. For mains, we had the slow cooked lamb roast and wow, it was flavourful and tender. My wife had the beef Wellington, it was perfectly cooked. We left some room for the sticky toffee pudding. The mocktails were perfect match to the meal. And of course, our host Marcel had the best menu recommendations for us and was part of this great dinner experience. This was the best way to conclude our time in London and head back to Toronto. I hope one day we get a branch in Toronto. Don’t miss out on this place. It’s a must try! Oh, and of course everything is ethically sourced and Halal. Thank you to The Great Chase team!

I had such an incredible experience at The Great Chase — hands down the best roast I’ve ever had in my life! Every bite was full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they put love into the food. The staff were so friendly and sweet, genuinely warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. What made it extra special for me was that they even had a space to pray — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel so comfortable and respected. This is now one of my absolute favourite restaurants, and I can’t wait to go back. If you haven’t been, you’re honestly missing out!

Really enjoyed an outing with family at The Great Chase. Upon entering the venue we were greeted by staff and we were seated quickly. The atmosphere was really good with the perfect level music volume and lighting around the restaurant. Now to the food. I ordered the Lamb Shank Roast, Person 2 ordered the Chicken Leg Roast and Person 3 ordered the Beef Roast and all of us enjoyed our meals very much. Perfect portion that will fill you up. My Lamb shank was soft and juicy and everything that comes with it is perfect such as the roast potatoes, veg and sauces. Person really enjoyed their chicken leg roast and said that it was nice, juicy and tender. Person 3 loved their beef roast and once again it was packed with flavour and perfect level cooking. (medium) Overall it was a great fine dining experience and I’ll definitely be back to try out other options in the menu. We were served really quickly considering how busy they were.

You don't need to order sides, trust me, they have feed-a-village sized portions. You can definitely share a main between two. That said, I powered through the whole thing because it was a REALLY good roast. Been here twice and both times it's been great. I like the jam, the mustard, the stuffing, the lamb shank that just falls off the bone and melts in the mouth, the parsnips and the gravy. Basically I like it, I like all of it. Top marks P.s. don't bother with starters. Just go straight to the star of the show and get yourself a lamb roast.

Had a fantastic experience at The Great Chase. The service was warm and attentive from start to finish. The food was outstanding full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. A great spot for high-quality halal dining. The staff were not only warm and attentive but also incredibly careful and accommodating when it came to my son’s nut and fish allergies, which gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

One of the most enjoyable dining experiences I've had in a long time. Halal modern European fine dining. I was passing through London and asked if there was availability as I knew they were fully booked until after Ramadan. I was met with a kind message and the service up until I arrived was wonderful. The food was absolutely beautiful and well thought out, the flavour combos, the way the food was put together and balanced, the portions were large and for an Iftar - so filling and enjoyable. The mocktails are very beautiful also, it's nice to enjoy full bodied flavour combos and not just juice! The staff also really make you feel welcomed and they were explaining the dishes as they were coming out. It's so nice to enter a place and feel that it is a passion project from all involved and not a soulless entity. I definitely think this restaurant is worth adding to your list to try, they are a fantastic place and I know will go from strength to strength! Can't wait to return and try different bits on the menu :)
